She brings the tools, insight, and depth of experience needed to help you design an ideal life grounded in clarity, confidence, and renewed self‑awareness.
In addition to her certifications in Professional Life Coaching and Emotional Intelligence, she earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Community Mental Health from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign (UIUC).
With more than 20 years of experience in Counseling, Management, Leadership, and Training & Development, she stands fully prepared to guide individuals and organizations toward meaningful, measurable results.
